Samsung’s Next Foldable Phone!! Oh yes! Ans it’s called “Z flip.”
Samsung’s next Unpacked event, is taking place on February 11th, where the company is expected to announce its next flagship phones. Only, the rumor has given a pretty good idea of what to expect. A follow-up to the Galaxy S10 series (apparently called the Galaxy S20). But rumors also point toward Samsung introducing its second folding-screen phone. The new phone reportedly folds up flip phone-style, similar to the new Motorola Razr, which will be out on February 6th. But it might look very different from the troubled Galaxy Fold.
“As Bloomberg reported last March that Samsung was working on a clamshell-style foldable, and Samsung officially teased a clamshell foldable concept last October. But it seems as if a real, vertically folding phone from Samsung might actually be revealed at Unpacked.” There have been a lot of rumors, good vibes about this new phone that people are waiting to see it and use it, apparently called the Galaxy Z Flip.
THE GALAXY Z FLIP A NEW TYPE OF FOLDABLE PHONE FOR SAMSUNG
Galaxy Z Flip looks to be a phone-sized that can get even smaller. The Z Flip looks like most other smartphones when unfolded, but it seems to be folded up into a small square. The Z Flip will have a tiny gap between its two halves when closed; two small bumps are visible on the bottom corners of the screen.
The Z FLIP’S screen might be glass. The first version of the Galaxy Fold was infamous for its unreliable plastic screen, which broke within days for many reviewers which forced the company to delay the Fold and redesign it. The Z Flip, however, will have a glass screen, and maybe that could help it avoid some of the inconsistencies in the plastic screens of the Fold and Razr. Leaker Max Weinbach said, “There might be an extra plastic layer to provide additional protection for the screen.”
It will have a big screen whose OLED display will apparently be 6.7 inches diagonally and the screen may have an FHD+ (2636 x 1080) resolution with a 22:9 aspect ratio, according to WinFuture. When it’s closed a small display will be seen in front of it in which it will show the time, battery info, and a rare camera. The front screen is a 1.06-inch OLED display with a 300 x 116 resolution and always-on support.
The Z Flip may have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, but it doesn’t support microSD for expandable storage. The Z Flip may have dual 12-megapixel back cameras, one wide and one ultrawide. That hole-punch front camera you see in photos may contain 10 megapixels and it will the first phone to record 8K video.
The phone could have a 3,300mAh battery and support 15-watt fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging, meaning you could be able to charge your Galaxy Buds just by placing them on the phone. The Z Flip may also have a capacitive fingerprint sensor on its side.
THE PHONE WILL BE CALLED “THE GALAXY Z FLIP”
The Galaxy Z Flip name appeared on certification on an Indonesian government website, as reported by SamMobile. Weinbach has been calling the phone the Z Flip since January 14th when he reportedly heard that would be the name of the phone. WinFuture also says the phone may be called Z Flip.
The developers are very excited to launch this new Samsung Foldable Phone and they are hardworking to make this mobile better and fine for the satisfaction of people. To meet the people demand this Z Flip will be a mid-range phone. The Z Flip launch in on February 12th as well with a price of approximately €1,500.
